You can email us with a list of the items you want and we can give you a shipping quote in advance.  We can also give shipping quotes over the phone during our business hours.  You can place your order directly with us over the phone using any major Credit Card.  If the phone is busy please leave your name and phone number and say you are interested in placing an order and we will return your call during our normal business hours.
