SHIPPING and FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Do you ship internationally?

NO. We ship only within the United States. We do NOT ship internationally.
We only accept credit cards based on U.S. Banks. We do not ship orders to re-shippers or freight forwarding companies.

How much is shipping?

Our preferred method of shipping is U.S. Priority Mail starting at $6.95. U.S. Priority Mail usually takes approximately 3 to 5 business days after we ship your package (remote locations sometimes take a little longer). We can usually ship several lightweight items for $5.95. (If your package is heavy or large we may use FedEx.) The shopping cart will combine shipping and show total your shipping charge before you complete checkout.

We also offer U.S. First Class Mail starting as low as $3.95 on certain lightweight items. Please be aware that First Class mail is taking much longer than it used to and can taatke anywhere from 6 to 12 business days after we ship your package depending on location. If you need your order sooner than 12 days, please select Priority Mail as your shipping choice.

Note: Once the shipping cost exceeds $6.95, we will ship your package by U.S. Priority Mail regardless of the shipping method you choose.

During Holiday Seasons or if you are in a hurry for your order, please choose U.S. PRIORITY Mail as your shipping choice. Post Office delivery delays are beyond our control once we ship your order. So, if you are purchasing for a special occasion, gift, or Christmas be sure to allow plenty of time for delivery of your order. For very large orders, we may ship your order by Fed Ex. We will let you know which carrier will be used when we email you to confirm your order.)

We offer FREE SHIPPING on Orders over $100 (within the continental U.S.). Oders with FREE SHIPPING are shipped best way by U.S. PRIORITY Mail or Fed Ex.

We provide Tracking Numbers for ALL orders.

When will my order ship?

We try to ship within 1-2 Business Day after receiving orders. We ship same day or next day when possible. (Orders placed after 1:00 pm Central Time usually ship next day.)

We ship every business day except Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

ORDERING INFORMATION

We accept all major Credit Cards. We do not take phone orders. Please place your order online. Our website is a Safe and Secure Yahoo Store e-commerce website which is one of the highest rated website platforms in the industry. After your order is placed, you will immediately receive an email confirmation which is generated by our Yahoo Website. We will also send you a personalized email telling you exactly when your order will ship and you will have one more look at where your package is shipping along with details of your order. After your Order ships, we will email you your Tracking Info.

When ordering, be sure to scroll down to the last "PLACE MY ORDER" button on the last "Order Review" checkout page. Your order will not be placed without clicking that button. If you do not receive an email confirmation after placing your order, first check your spam filter. If you typed your email address incorrectly when checking out, that could also be a reason for not receiving email confirmations. If for any reason you are not sure if your order was successfully placed, you can email us or call us and we will be happy to help you.

RETURN POLICY:

We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied. If we made an error on your order, please contact us immediately so that we can do whatever is necessary to correct the mistake.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 5 days after receiving it. You can call us or email us (see contact info above). After Approval of the return, will assign a Return Authorization Number to you and let you know where to send the return. Approved Returns* must be received at Hearts Desire Gifts within 15 days after we authorize the return. Buyer must pay all shipping costs associated with returns unless we made an error. Items must be returned in original unused condition with all tags and original packaging. Refunds will be made only after product is received and inspected to be in original condition as it was sent. We WILL NOT accept any returns that are not authorized and assigned a Return Authorization Number.
