We try to ship within 1 Business Day after receiving orders. We ship same day when possible. We ship every day except Saturday and Holidays.

We ship by FAST U.S. Priority Mail (We reserve the right to ship large orders by Fed Ex or Priority Mail.) We will let you know which carrier will be used when we email you to confirm your order.)

RETURN POLICY:

We will assign a Return Authorization CODE to you. Returns* must be received at Hearts Desire Gifts within 15 days after we authorize the return. Buyer must pay all shipping costs associated with returns unless we made an error. Items must be returned in original unused condition with all tags and packaging. Refunds will be made only after product is received and inspected to be in original condition as it was sent.
